Diana Richardson Phillipus did not take a conventional road to success. She dropped out of high school, navigated depression and anxiety, and faced the kind of obstacles that stop most people before they ever start. She refused to let her past define her ceiling.

She earned her MBA in Leadership, built multiple businesses from the ground up, and became a 5x published author with titles carried on the shelves of Barnes & Noble. She holds certifications in Google AI, Cybersecurity, and HIPAA Business Associate compliance — credentials that position her at the intersection of business strategy and emerging technology.

Today she leads DR Global Consulting, helping healthcare practices and service-based businesses implement AI-powered systems that reduce inefficiency and drive measurable growth. She also founded Empowered Women Empower, a movement and community platform dedicated to giving women entrepreneurs the strategy, tools, and community they need to build sustainable, profitable businesses.
